1. Work schedule: Machinists work around the clock. Usually, there are 7 assembly teams working in shifts every day, but sometimes night shifts are conducted when necessary.
2. The largest CNC lathe is 2100x1200x800mm.
3. The 150-ton mold closing machine is 1500x1100mm.
4. The crane can lift 10 tons.
5. The factory can produce 30 sets of medium-sized molds on average per month.
The dimensional molds have a strict quality control system for all processes. We are equipped with advanced measuring equipment, have experienced staff and a mature quality system. All employees have received training to recognize the importance of quality. We always believe that quality is the lifeline of our company.
The quality system was implemented throughout the entire process. We have a review process for suppliers, so before the materials are put into the production line, all imported raw materials must be strictly inspected. All components during the process must also be checked. Before shipment, we will inspect the molds more thoroughly to ensure that the customers will receive high-quality molds. The report will be provided to the customers accordingly.
The dimensional molds are equipped with injection molding machines ranging from 60 tons to 800 tons. Our mold testing team will use the demolding molding process to verify all the molds. Our service philosophy is to provide customers with high-quality molds and professional technical knowledge by identifying all the issues related to the molds and samples before shipment.
Our mold testing team has sufficient capabilities to carry out the demolding molding process. All mold tests are conducted in accordance with the mold testing procedures. The molds are placed in the injection machines of the appropriate tonnage, the temperatures are set according to the material properties table, all water flow rates are checked, the gelation balance, the mold gate solidification, the pressure control parameters, DOE test design, etc. The mold test reports and mold test molding parameter tables will be provided to the customers.
After each mold test, we will hold a meeting to review all issues, including the molds and samples. All items require solutions, and then corresponding corrections will be made immediately.
