We have experienced designers who can provide you with front-end suggestions, including analyzing the design of parts and applying our "manufacturing design" expertise to maximize moldability, reduce secondary operations, shorten assembly time and simplify the mold. Simply adding value at each stage.

Our project engineers will collaborate with the designers and always communicate with the customers regarding each technical issue. The mold design review meeting must be held before manufacturing.

1、We have 10 mold designers, most of whom have over 10 years of experience. They also continuously receive training in new mold design technologies to maintain a monthly improvement level.

2、Equipped with the latest hardware and software.

3、We adopt international mold standard components, such as DME, PCS, PROGRESSIVE, HASCO and MISUMI or customize according to customer requirements. This way, the molds can work perfectly in the factory as planned.

4、If necessary, a mold flow analysis report will be provided.
