Trial Mold

Wedo Mould is equipped with injection molding machines ranging from 60 tons to 800 tons. Our mold testing team will use the demolding molding process to verify all the molds. Our service philosophy is to provide customers with high-quality molds and professional technical knowledge by identifying all the issues related to the molds and samples before shipment. 

Our mold testing team has sufficient capabilities to carry out the demolding molding process. All mold tests are conducted in accordance with the mold testing procedures. The molds are placed in the injection machines of the appropriate tonnage, the temperatures are set according to the material properties table, all water flow rates are checked, the gelation balance, the mold gate solidification, the pressure control parameters, DOE test design, etc. The mold test reports and mold test molding parameter tables will be provided to the customers.

After each mold test, we will hold a meeting to review all issues, including the molds and samples. All items require solutions, and then corresponding corrections will be made immediately.
